The IT company Andersen is looking for a SMM specialist for Linkedin who will expand the geography of our brand awareness. Our team needs a cool and creative person who will act as a generator of interesting thoughts and a trend creator.

Andersen is a European pre-IPO IT company with more than 3,500 high-class professionals: developers, architects, testers, analysts, and other specialists. Our employees are located all over the world, but we all are Andersen Family.

Responsibilities:

- Writing, creating, and optimizing posts of various formats on LinkedIn for different target audiences.

- Searching for and developing new sources for content placement.

- Interacting with the lead generation, advertising, and design teams.

- Working with texts and visuals.

- Creating a content plan for various LinkedIn pages for an extended period.

- Continuously searching for fresh information to keep posts relevant.

- Meeting KPI targets in terms of the number of posts and their quality metrics.

Must-haves:

- Experience in SMM for 2+ years.

- Ability to generate fresh, bold, and creative ideas.

- Understanding of marketing processes.

- Resilience to monotonous tasks, diligence, and stress resistance.

- Experience in writing content in English within the framework of SMM.

- Level of English – Intermediate+ or above.

Nice-to-haves:
- Experience working in a large team/company.
